Blogtrain Freebie: Thriller

  27. At least one of the items in your kit belongs to Anne Stokes....you have not given her any credit??

    You call it cross, but the actual name is altar drake.....in order to use it, there should be ©Anne Stokes www.annestokes.com according to her terms of use......

    I'm shocked you take credit for it.....

  29. although anonymous above is correct about the cross r there any other elements i should be wary of?

  30. I have purchased a commercial use license for the element in question, so anonymous above is not correct. I am currently pursuing legal action with regard to this allegation. Please be aware of that before making further comment to the legality of my use of that element. I do not take slander of my good name lightly.

  31. thank you Jo for letting me know about the commercial license. I was not aware you do not need to credit anyone else when this is the case.

    I had no way of knowing that, and your "use any of my work" made me think you were actually taking credit...

    I do most humbly apologize for my ignorance.

    If I knew how to delete my post I would do so.
    I would not want anyone else to erroneously think the way I did.
